Wilhelmus van der Ham is co-founder of the Progress User Group Italia (PUG Italia) and as such an active member in the speaker team of the organization committee of the EMEA PUG Challenge. The EMEA PUG Challenge is a conference which is organized every year in a different European city and gathers Progress User Groups from Europe, Middle East and Africa. Starting 2022 the EMEA PUG Challenge has become simply PUG Challenge and is now a joint effort of the EMEA PUG Challenge, PUG Challenge Americas, PUG Challenge Africa and POET Summit.
